Medical Air Station

The medical air station commonly used with the anesthesia and reanimation breathing equipment, Also its used with surgical instrument.
 

Standards we provide are sized in a way that makes each source able to provide the total medical air needs of the hospital or clinic.
 

Number of available medical air sources is determined according to customers need. Single, Duplex or Triplex medical air stations. Also Multiplex stations are also available, Up to eight sources may be installed.

Air Production / Compressors

Compressor works in alternation with other(s) to provide required output flow. We provide wide range of flow starting from 16 M3/hr up to 300m3/hr. Standard operating pressure 10 – 13 bar .

Treatment / Medical Air Treatment lines

Medical air treatment lines purifies compressed air to medical standards, That’s why air treatment line very critical module within medical air station. We provide Single, Duplex medical air treatment lines including different types of filters, air drying modules and Accessories.

Control and command / Control panels

Control panels allows to operate and control the operating status of medical air station. Automatic or Manual mode.

Air Tanks

All receivers are available complete, horizontal ( compact stations) or vertical ( modular or vertical stations) version. We provide wide range of Air tanks starting from 300 liter up to 2000 liter. Receivers 10 – 15 bar, optionally 15 – 22 bar Also Galvanized.
